Each Weight Watchers Pepperoni Pizza Casserole should be divided into 12 equal servings. This is a great plan if you like to have your meals ready for the week, they’re easy to pop into the microwave when you need them.

For this we recipe we used low carb rotini pasta, low-fat mozzarella, and fat-free mozzarella, too. If you are on the myWW purple plan using whole wheat noodles will lower your point values.

- ground turkey - onion - olive oil - tomato sauce - Italian seasoning - rotini pasta  - turkey pepperoni - black olives

Preheat oven to 350 Cook pasta according to package and drain. Heat olive oil over medium heat and saute ground turkey, onion, garlic, in a large skillet until meat is cooked. Drain.



Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl mix cooked pasta, meat mixture, sauce, 1 cup of cheese, 16 pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
