INGREDIENTS

– onion – garlic – jalapeno – salt – pepper – oregano

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Spray a low pot of dutch oven with cooking spray.

2. Add in onions, jalapeno and garlic, saute until fragrant and onions are translucent.

3. Add in pumpkin, beans, broth, and seasonings.

Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
