Weight Watchers Sweet and Sour Meatballs

These Weight Watchers Sweet and Sour Meatballs are simple to make and SO good! These are super low in points per serving so everyone can enjoy them!


– Cooking spray – 1/2 cup of bread crumbs;      Panko works well – 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce – 2 egg whites – 1/2 cup diced sweet onion – 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds – 3/4 cup sweet and sour      sauce – mixed cut vegetables for      kabobs such as mushrooms,      bell peppers and onions


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl with soy sauce, egg whites, bread crumbs and diced fresh sweet onion. Mix ingredients together.

Spray your baking pan with cooking spray.

Roll or use a small cookie making scoop to form small meatballs, as pictured below. You can make 36 meatballs from this recipe.

Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds.
