WW Baked Apples Recipe

This is a WW baked apples recipe which only means it’s made with wholesome ingredients and is a more healthy alternative than some other baked apples recipes!

You will need some pretty simple and basic ingredients for this recipe. I love that all of these things are readily available at my usual grocery store.

INGREDIENTS

– Apples – Old Fashioned Oats – Raisins – Brown Sugar – Walnuts – Ground Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the apples first, if they don't stand up on their own cut the bottom so they have a flat spot to stay upright more easily. Next, use a spoon or a melon baller to scoop out the cores.

Be sure to leave about 2/3 of an inch of flesh with the skin and leave the bottoms in tact to keep the filling from falling out the bottom.

In a bowl, mix together the oats, raisins, sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon. Add the butter at the end and toss to moisten the mixture evenly.

Add the mixture into the apples, 2 tablespoons per apple should be plenty.

While you are stuffing the apples preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees F and line the bottom of the air fryer basket with foil or parchment to keep the mess contained.
