WW Turkey Minestrone Recipe

INGREDIENTS

– Vegetable Broth – Tomatoes – Green Beans – Button Mushrooms – Ground Turkey Breast

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Stir together the broth, tomatoes, green beans, mushrooms, beans, fresh tomato, carrots, red onion, and spices in your crockpot or slow cooker.

2. Next, we need to add in the turkey and breadcrumbs in a small bowl. Mix until evenly distributed.

3. With clean, wet fingers, form the mixture into 12 small meatballs. Approximately 2 teaspoons for each. Add them to the soup as you make them.

4. Cover the crockpot or slow cooker and set it to low. Cook for 6 hours until the meatballs are cooked through.
