Yummy Turkey Sliders with Mushrooms

These turkey sliders with mushrooms are a great healthy dinner recipe. Also great for finger food at parties!

This recipe is quick and easy. It makes 8 patties and serves 4 people! You can easily double or even triple the ingredients if you want to make these turkey sliders for a crowd.

INGREDIENTS

– egg – oatmeal – mushrooms – onion – ground turkey

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix the first six ingredients in a large bowl (eggs through peppers).

2. Add in the ground turkey and mix with your hands.

3. Form slider-sized patties. Cook on a nonstick griddle or pan for a total of about 14 minutes, turning approximately every  4 minutes.

4. Add cheese on top and cook for one more minute.
