This recipe uses fresh fruit like bananas and strawberries with classic banana split ingredients like maraschino cherries, aerosol whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, and of course we can’t forget the ice cream.

Which WW Program are these points for?

WW has definitely changed from 2020 to now. They went from three to one plan to multiple plans and back to one plan again. So in 2023, we have just plain old “POINTS.”

This recipe calls for Enlightened ice cream but you can substitute in a light or healthy ice cream that you love, just make sure to check the points!

How to make a healthy banana split:

First we start by placing the banana in a bowl. Cut it in slices if you like or cut it in half. However you prefer it is fine!

Next, put the ice cream in and top with sliced strawberries, whipped cream, and sprinkles.

  • 4 Tablespoons Aerosol Whipped Topping
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Sprinkles
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry
  • 1/4 Cup Enlightened Ice Cream, Strawberry
  • 1/4 Cup Enlightened Ice Cream, Chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Strawberries

Instructions
