  • 4 C broccoli, diced small
  • 4 C cauliflower, diced small
  • 1 C real bacon bits (Hormel is best)
  • 2 C fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 C chopped red onion
  • 1 1/2 C lowfat Colby jack cheese, cut into small cubes

Dressing ingredients:

  • 3/4 C fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C light mayo
  • 1/4 C sugar free all natural honey
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp splenda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
