First you need to put your cranberries and apples into the food processor and run them until they’re chopped very fine. Next add in your sugar, lemon zest, and salt. Once it’s all mixed you just need to let it sit for 30 minutes in the refrigerator!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cranberries
  • 1 Large Apple
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar or equivalent sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Pulse cranberries and apples in a food processor until finely chopped. 
  2. Combine with lemon zest, salt, and sugar. Mix well. 
  3. Refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
