      It’s best if you have a smart phone. It seems thatEVERY food is in the WW APP. Counting points is VERY easy using the APP..

    Believe it or not, Taco Bell has many options under 10 points:
    Soft Chicken Taco = 4
    Chicken Chalupa Supreme = 10
    Soft Beef Taco = 6
    Also many of their Fresco options are low in points.

        When I go to Taco Bell……I have the spicy tostada for only 7 points…….and it’s only $1…..makes a great little lunch.

    how updated is this point system? when I calculate the nutrition in some of the foods listed I get way more points than shown
