10 Weight Watchers Instant Pot Dessert Recipes
The great thing about Weight Watchers is that you can still eat all of the foods you love. Moderation is key and the Freestyle SmartPoints system helps teach us how make smart choices and balance them with our splurges. Thanks to the Instant Pot, cooking (and baking) healthy recipes is easier than ever. Here are some delicious Weight Watchers Instant Pot dessert recipes that have the points calculated for you!
Are these regular recipes or Weight Watchers recipes?
These are Weight Watchers recipes. Instead of splurging tons of points on a regular dessert, try out some of these Weight Watchers Instant Pot dessert recipes instead. They’ll help keep that sweet tooth in check and they’re created specifically with the WW program in mind! Healthy can still taste great!
Can I eat dessert every day on Weight Watchers?
Have you had a chance to watch the Oprah commercials about Weight Watchers and how she “eats bread everyday”? If not, it’s pretty self explanatory BUT I will say that everybody is different. You might eat dessert every day and not have any problems. Me? I don’t usually eat dessert every single day. It sets a bad routine for me and then I crave more sweets and junk.
Tracking everything is also really important. If you have the points available you can certainly choose to spend them on desserts but I’d also caution you to make more whole food choices with those extra points on occasion. The smarter the choices the more results you’ll see!
