Weight Watchers Peach Cobbler Ingredients

2 pounds of frozen peaches
1 box unprepared sugar free yellow cake mix
1 can (12 oz) of diet lemon-lime soda (Pick your favorite clear diet soda)

Weight Watchers Peach Cobbler Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread the frozen peaches out evenly, covering the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the entire bag of dry cake mix over the peaches.
  4. Slowly, pour the diet clear soda over the cake mix. Do not mix.
  5. Cover the cobbler with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 40 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool for several minutes before serving.
  8. Eat and enjoy every bite!

    Just verifying the amount of soda. The recipe says can so I used 12 oz, but there is a lot of dry mix left on top after baking. I poured the soda slowly and tried to cover it all, but the mix still didn’t bake in.

    1. Sorry to hear that it didn’t work out. 12 oz can is correct. We’ve never had the mix not bake down. Maybe instead of mixing push the cake mix down into the peaches? Thanks for checking.
