Ingredients:
- 3 oz ham
- 2 cups spring mix salad
- 1/2 cup fresh cut pineapple; 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:
- Toss ham, pineapple and spring salad mix in bowl.
- Mix lime juice, olive oil, pineapple juice and salt and pepper in small bowl then drizzle over salad.
- Enjoy!
