20Cashewsdry roasted, salted, roughly chopped
Instructions
Heat your skillet over high heat with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. Add the ginger, garlic and chicken. Cook for about 4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside for later use.
Next add the rest of the oil and vegetables to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the chicken back into the skillet and add the soy sauce. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
