Greek yogurt is so versatile. You can use it as a replacement in cooking in sweet and savory dishes. It’s packed full of protein and natural probiotics to nourish your body. When I crave chocolate, I reach for chocolate milk and it always satisfies.

Remove from freezer, uncover pan, and lift bark from pan holding edges of foil. Keep triangles stored in the freezer in a sealed container until ready to serve.

Frozen Yogurt Bark Add-In Ideas

This recipe calls for blueberries, but it has so many options. You can add any berry, sprinkle with nuts or dark chocolate shavings. Fruit flavored yogurt would work great, too. It’s very customizable to fit your tastes and preferences.

In my neck of the woods, I am lucky enough to have dairy farmers as neighbors. These hard-working farmers live on their farms, so they take pride in protecting the land and resources. Their cows are like family to them and get treated like royalty. Did you know that happy cows make the best milk?

Have you ever thought about where your dairy products come from?

The PA government has strict standards and industry protocols ensure that pasteurized milk is wholesome, safe and nutritious for all.  I can buy with confidence directly from the farm stands and bring home the fresh ingredients I need to feed my family.

If you have never visited a working dairy farm, you need to plan one. You’ll be amazed at the care, time and equipment that it takes to make dairy farming safe for all. So many farms are giving back to their communities, recycling and making energy for the power grid. The hi-tech systems they use are amazing!

The next time you eat your favorite yogurt or drink milk, think about where it all started and thank a farmer! Without good farmers, we wouldn’t have good food!

Do you have a favorite dairy food?
