Retreat Creator

In September of 2017 I created and hosted Connect and Learn Retreat. The retreat is a three day gathering of 15 (or less) women bloggers, entrepreneurs, and professionals that want to elevate their businesses, while connecting with like-minded peer and brands in a casual learning environment. This retreat is meant to inspire and refresh the women in attendance so that they leave ready to reach new goals, create more amazing moments in their lives, and take time for their own health and wellness needs.

Retreats scheduled for 2018 include; Orlando, FL – March 2018, – TBD, PA – Sept 2018

    Hello. I found this when I was accepted by Miss. Katie on her sight. She is such a Blessing. I want to try some of your recipes since I am 63 and needing to lose over 100 lbs. Am I allowed to print the recipes so that I can have them in a note book. I really appreciate this.

    I have a hard time eating my 30 points each day. I find at night I’m looking for snacks to fill my points. I usually eat between 24 to 28 points. Will that slow my weight loss down?

      Hi Sherry, thanks for stopping by. Yes your weight loss may be affected if you aren’t eating all of your points. When this happened to me, I bumped up my protein and it helped. Hard boiled eggs, string cheese, imitation crab legs, beef jerky, tuna are all things I snack on. Even though they are low in points they help me get all of my points each day. I hope that helps!     Finally a blog that I can relate to. Thank you Michele! I am a divorced mother of two adult daughters. My youngest daughter is about to move out and start her teaching career and my older daughter has already moved out. They have both come and gone since college, but I believe this is it and I will truly be an emptynester.
