The whole family loves this meal, even the kids. Because the chicken is low on the points scale this whole meal is very friendly for Weight Watchers and dieting in general. The whole recipe is 31 points, one serving is about 6 Points on the SmartPoints scale! I served ours with rice as a side and used the leftover chicken on my salad the next day. This chicken would also be great in a sandwich or wrap.

Heat olive oil on medium in a large skillet.

This cilantro lime chicken is perfect for the whole family, the best news is that it's weight watchers friendly so you don't have to stray from your diet!
Add garlic and brown for approx 2 minutes
Add chicken and cook until no pink shows or 145 degrees.
Reduce heat and add lime juice.

Sprinkle with Cumin and Chili Powder.
Toss the chicken and allow to cook until juice starts to reduce.
Sprinkle with Cilantro.

Cilantro Lime Chicken Weight Watchers Friendly!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts Cubes
  • 1/4 cup lime juice or juice of 2 fresh limes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped

    I love cilantro and I love chicken and what a better combination to put together. of course I’d add a little bit of some sauce of some kind. This would probably really go good with some rice. I pinned it so I can save the recipe, thanks.

    This is a delicious recipe that could go into a wrap or be served with rice. i might switch the cumin and chili pepper for turmeric and ginger to change the recipe.
