I love making meals that are quick and easy. The whole family loves this meal, even the kids. Because the chicken is low on the points scale this whole meal is very friendly for Weight Watchers and dieting in general. The whole recipe is 31 points, one serving is about 6 Points on the SmartPoints scale! I served ours with rice as a side and used the leftover chicken on my salad the next day. This chicken would also be great in a sandwich or wrap.
