20 Weight Watchers Low Point Snacks - Under 3 Points!

Are these snacks for the Freestyle program?

You’ve made the decision to follow the Weight Watchers program and have learned how to calculate points, but the tough part is right around the bend. What to eat when you just really want a snack?

We’ve updated this post with info from the new Weight Watchers Freestyle Smart Points program so you can snack to your heart’s content with these great low point snacks!

People have asked in the past and I know some people don’t follow the newest version of the program but everything in this post is based on the Freestyle Smart Points program. If that doesn’t apply to you this post probably won’t have the same point values as you are used to seeing.

That being said…we’re humans…not robots. We make mistakes! If you are questioning certain point values you can always double check with your app or the online program and feel free to leave a polite comment, I’m never opposed to making necessary updates or clarifications for mistakes.

How do serving sizes play into these low point snacks for Weight Watchers?

As you can see snacking can be both tasty and low in points when you look at some of the great variety of items listed in our 20 Weight Watchers Low Point Snacks.

As always, remember to check serving sizes, weigh products, and measure properly as sometimes different brands will have slight variances in calorie and nutrition information. Enjoy a tasty snack that satisfies your cravings while staying within your points range for today.

Where did you get these point values?

I always use the Weight Watchers online program or the WW app to calculate my points as well as the serving sizes.

Weight Watchers is going to be the authority on points and serving sizes for any food you are eating. So when I’m tracking foods or looking for meal plan options I start on their app and website to make sure I’m getting the best and most accurate information.

Weight Watchers is not a program that you can just do for a few weeks and hope to see miracle level results. It requires a commitment and a lifestyle change to see results long term.

I’ve been in the Weight Watchers world for quite some time and I’ve gathered some experience, recipes, and resources that I love to share. Here are some of the ones that I love:

I’m not sure where you are getting your info…but grapes are zero points and so are apples…have been for years, if those are wrong in your list it makes me wonder if any of your point values are correct…weight watchers switched over to points plus years ago, so it would be more helpful to use the new values when posting things like this.

Some people still use the old system.. Everyone should have a points slider and/or a points calculator. This post says Weight Watchers Points, not Points Plus.. So, Brandilyn maybe they intended this on being for people on the older system.

No need to be mean, these ladies went out of their way to write this post and to share it with you. Some of these a points are the same for ww +, but it does clearly say weight watchers points and not points plus. Either way, these are good, healthy snack ideas. Thanks, ladies!
