How to create this Baby’s 1st Halloween Pumpkin:
Prepare your pumpkin for carving. I always cut the bottom out of my pumpkin and scoop out the insides. When you cut the top off and use a candle the top never seems to fit right again. If you are using a battery operated candle, it shouldn’t matter. To make your baby’s keepsake pumpkin follow the steps below.
Simply trace the child’s hand and feet onto cardstock paper
Cut out hands and feet to creat a template to trace onto the pumpkin
Cut out tracings on the pumpkin
Cut small hole in bottom of pumpkin.
Place in a candle inside to light up the pumpkin!!!

This is so cute. I love this idea. It’s perfect way to celebrate their first Halloween.
So so cute! Though I think my version would be a bit more abstract…I’m impresed by the carver’s ability to get all those toes in!
