For our quick and easy flatbread pizza recipe we’ll be using ready made flatbreads, ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, dill pickle slices, ketchup, and mustard. That’s it! So simple, but the flavors come together to create something super indulgent and tasty!
Here’s how you put it all together to make bacon cheeseburger flatbreads:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, brown the hamburger, then drain off any excess grease.
Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Sprinkle a fourth of the cheese on each flatbread. Sprinkle each flatbread with half of the hamburger, then follow with the bacon.
Top with the rest of the cheese then add the onion. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is just melted.
Drizzle with your preferred amount of mustard and ketchup. Place three pickles on the top of each flatbread and enjoy!

- 2 Premade Flatbreads (about 6 inches in diameter)
- 1 Cup Ground Beef
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ⅓ Cup Bacon, fried and crumbled

- 6 Dill Pickle Rounds

You can adjust the ingredients to be the amount you prefer. For example, if you don’t like very many onions, put what makes you comfortable. If you love onions, load it on! These are easily customizable.
