Hi...great idea!!! Thinking of trying these for Hallowe'en... was wondering if the filling could be prepared in advance... kept in fridge and then fill the cookies the day of the party? I'm thinking that if the finished pizzelle are put in fridge before.. they will become 'soggy'? Thank You Carmie

I wouldn't store the filling for more than 2 days, because I think it will start to get watery. Thanks

It's actually pumpkin spice powder but cinnamon or nutmeg would work just fine. Thanks! Enjoy your brunch.

These look AMAZING, but where did you buy the Greek Yogurt Whips, vanilla cupcake flavor?

Walmart, but that was several years ago. Any vanilla or other low calorie yogurt flavor should work. Thanks!

Did I miss something? I don’t see the recipe for the pizzelles. Do you have to buy the pizzelle maker to get the recipe?

Yes. They are store bought Pizzelles. I am sure you could find the recipe online but you would need a Pizzelle press to get the cookie shape. Thanks for stopping by.
