How to make Halloween cat cookies
Step 1: Use the black edible marker to draw eyeballs in the center of each candy.
Step 2: Use the black cookie frosting to attach the mini chocolate chips to the top of each cookie as ears.
Step 3: Use the orange cookie frosting to attach the candy eyes and pipe a nose on each cookie.
