Mushroom and Swiss Crock Pot Burgers

Mushroom & Swiss Crock Pot Burgers

This is a SUPER easy 15 minute crock pot recipe that you’ll love for those busy weeknights or a lazy Saturday at home. Tons of flavors not work! Mushroom and Swiss Burgers simmered in the crock pot!

Mushroom & Swiss Crockpot Burgers

I love easy crock pot meals. They save time (there’s always something else that needs to be done) and it is just so stinkin’ easy. I can’t say enough good things about crockpot cooking. This particular recipe is a delicious twist on the traditional mushroom and Swiss burger. It is always a hit, even if you have a picky eater who doesn’t like to eat mushrooms. The mushrooms are in big enough pieces in the recipe to be avoided but still provide a lot of flavor and texture for those who enjoy them. Another great thing about cooking in the crock pot is that especially with burgers, they stay very moist. Nothing is worse than a dried out hamburger!
