Weight Watchers Cheeseburger Pizza | Tortilla Pizza

When cravings strike it’s all about having healthy solutions on hand. Healthy snacks, filling dinner recipes, easy to prep lunches. You name it, I’ve added it to my routine at some point or another. It’s so much easier to stay on track when I know that there’s a healthy solution to the problem in front of me.

How to make Weight Watchers cheeseburger pizza:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add beef, and 1/2 cup onion, cook until browned. About 6 minutes.
  4. Add in the ketchup, stir.
  5. Place tortillas on the prepped baking sheets, spread the beef mixture across all four tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle each pizza with 3 tablespoons of cheese.
  7. Bake until tortillas are crispy on the bottom and cheese is melty! Should take about 6-7 minutes.
  8. Before serving add onion, pickles, tomato, and lettuce to each pizza.
  9. Slice into four pieces.
  10. Enjoy!

  • Use ground turkey instead of ground beef. It’s going to cut 10 points or more out of the recipe as a whole!
  • Kraft makes a fat free mozzarella cheese that is so tasty and you can totally add some Mexican style taco seasonings to give it that kick!
  • Use smaller tortillas, the whole wheat medium ones that are used in this recipe are bigger and therefore more points.
  • Just reduce the portion you are eating. Each pizza is 10 Freestyle Smart Points. Just enjoy half of the pizza and pair it with some veggies or a salad on the side! Still a great cravings buster without having to sacrifice quite as many points!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Pound Lean Ground Beef, Uncooked
