Which Weight Watchers program is this shopping list for?

This particular shopping list is for the Weight Watchers Green Plan. It’s a plan that is based on giving you the most points but also the fewest free or zero point foods.

The green plan is great for people who need restrictions and who need limitations on their portions!

How do I count portions for the zero point foods on this list?

Keep in mind when you are planning meals and doing your shopping that zero point foods is that you should eat normal servings of those foods. On any plan, so when shopping for Foods to buy from Aldi for Weight Watchers green plan, plan to eat single servings of zero point foods!

Zero point foods are not meant to be eaten in unlimited quantities. You can enjoy them as part of a normal balanced diet with portion control in mind. I’ve seen a great recommendation from Weight Watchers that you eat a single portion and see how you feel before adding more!

A food scale is necessary for me! Trying to guess portion sizes doesn’t work and this is something you’ll use every meal! 

Measuring cups and measuring spoons will also help you stay on track. This collapsible set is my favorite because it’s easy to clean and store. 

These cutting boards are nice so you can cut up fresh fruits and veggies to enjoy throughout the day.

After your foods are prepped you can store them in baskets for the refrigerator and shelves so you can access them quickly. It’s a great way to be ready!  

Shopping for Weight Watchers food products doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive. Once I learned where to buy Weight Watchers products life became a whole lot easier and Aldi is at the top of my list, always!
