How to make this easy ground turkey dinner:

Let’s dive in and see how easy it is to make this delicious ground turkey Alfredo. It’s one of my favorite weeknight meals that I know the whole family will devour without complaint!

Add the ground turkey to a large skillet. Stir in alfredo sauce, milk, parmesan cheese and mushrooms. Cook on medium and bring the mixture to a simmer/slight bubbling.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture. Stir well and reduce heat to medium-low.

Microwave broccoli florets according to package instructions and stir into alfredo sauce until all ingredients are well-combined.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine noodles, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups ground turkey, cooked
  • 1 15-oz jar light alfredo sauce
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 small can of sliced mushrooms
  • 10 oz package steam-in-bag frozen broccoli florets
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the ground turkey to a large skillet. Stir in alfredo sauce, milk, parmesan cheese and mushrooms.
  2. Cook on medium and bring the mixture to a simmer/slight bubbling.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture. Stir well and reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Microwave broccoli florets according to package instructions and stir into alfredo sauce until all ingredients are well-combined.

Notes

To lighten up and reduce WW points the recipe be sure to use lean ground turkey, low fat alfredo sauce, whole wheat linguine, and low fat milk.
