This recipe uses ground turkey, onion powder, garlic powder, salt/pepper to taste, green bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, orange bell peppers, rice, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese.
For WW users I’d recommend the low fat version of the cheese but other than that you shouldn’t need to consider anything else. You can also completely omit the cheese if you want or just add some as a garnish!

This recipe is super easy to make. If you have leftover rice hanging around from meals earlier in the week or if you ordered takeout and have some in containers in the fridge…USE IT! You can absolutely use leftover rice for this recipe.
Prepare rice per package instructions, set aside
In a skillet cook ground meat with onion, peppers, and seasonings until done, drain if needed
Stir in cooked rice
Stir in or drizzle on tomato sauce per preference
