Beef and Broccoli Stuffed Peppers Ingredients
2 Medium Size Bell Peppers (red, yellow or green)
10 oz Tai Pei Beef and Broccoli (Find it in the freezer section)
Beef and Broccoli Stuffed Peppers Directions
Heat the Tai Pei Beef and Broccoli entree in the microwave for three minutes. The directions say five but it will finish cooking in the oven.
Make sure the peppers can stand up.
Cut the tops from the peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
Remove the Beef and Broccoli from the microwave. (Be careful of steam)
Stir Well.
Spoon the Beef and Broccoli evenly into both peppers.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 25 minutes.

Beef and Broccoli Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 Bell Peppers (Red, Green or Yellow)
- 10 oz Tai Pei Beef and Broccoli (Freezer section)
- Carrot Shreds if desired
Instructions
- Cut the tops off bell peppers, discard seeds and membranes.
- Set aside bell peppers and top parts.
- Cook Tai Pei Beef and Broccoli for three minutes only. (It will finish cooking in the oven)
- Stir Tai Pei Beef and Broccoli until flavors are well mixed.
- Spoon and divide contents into bell peppers and place in a baking pan.
- Add a few strips of shredded carrots if desired.
- Put tops back and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.
