I love using the air fryer to make healthy versions of all of our favorite foods. Chicken strips in the air fryer are one of my newest obsessions. They’re crunchy, delicious, and so juicy inside, all without having to be submerged in oil.

Personally I’d rather eat the air fryer chicken tenders than a baked healthy chicken tenders recipe. They have better crunch and they’re done much faster! Another great idea is to make these ahead of time and freeze them for future use. So quick and easy to throw together for a busy weeknight dinner.
