Weight Watchers Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Let’s dive in! I’ll show you how quick and easy it is to make these Weight Watchers sweet and sour meatballs, you’ll never want to eat store bought ones again!

Ingredients:

  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs; Panko works well
  • 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1 pound of lean ground turkey

  • Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl with soy sauce, egg whites, bread crumbs and diced fresh sweet onion. Mix ingredients together.
  • Spray your baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Roll or use a small cookie making scoop to form small meatballs, as pictured below. You can make 36 meatballs from this recipe.
  • Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds.
  • Place meatballs on baking pan in oven for 20 minutes.
  • Cut vegetables up in half inch pieces and place on kabob sticks. Place in tinfoil pouch and place in oven for the remaining 10-12 minutes of the total bake time.
