Weight Watchers Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Let’s dive in! I’ll show you how quick and easy it is to make these Weight Watchers sweet and sour meatballs, you’ll never want to eat store bought ones again!

Ingredients needed for WW Sweet and Sour Meatballs:

  • Cooking spray
  • Bread crumbs; Panko works well
  • Sodium soy sauce
  • Egg whites
  • Diced sweet onion 
  • Lean ground turkey
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sweet and sour sauce
  • Mixed cut vegetables for kabobs such as mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions

How to make Weight Watchers Sweet and Sour Meatballs:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl with soy sauce, egg whites, bread crumbs and diced fresh sweet onion. Mix ingredients together.

Spray your baking pan with cooking spray. 

Roll or use a small cookie making scoop to form small meatballs, as pictured below. You can make 36 meatballs from this recipe. 

Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds.

Place meatballs on baking pan in oven for 20 minutes.

Cut vegetables up in half inch pieces and place on kabob sticks. Place in tinfoil pouch and place in oven for the remaining 10-12 minutes of the total bake time.

Once done cooking place on plate and drizzle with sweet and sour sauce or serve on the side to dip.
