This Bacon, Egg, and Avocado toast is sure to hit the spot. It’s a great breakfast recipe that is full of nutritional goodness and will keep you full for hours.

Bacon Egg and Avocado Toast Recipe
Ingredients
2 pieces French or caprese bread (or even regular loaf bread will do.)
½ Avocado, sliced
2 Eggs
6 slices Bacon
Directions
Begin by cooking the bacon to the doneness that you prefer. Set aside.
Toast the bread (you may choose to butter it if you wish)
Quickly fry the eggs (or poach) to the doneness that you prefer. Set aside.
Assemble the toasts by first laying down 3 pieces of bacon on each piece of bread. Cut the bacon if needed to make them fit on the bread.
Next, lay the avocado slices on top of the bacon.
Lastly, place an egg on top of each piece of toast. Lightly salt and pepper if you wish.

Oh man, that looks delicious! I love making this for breakfast, but I've never done the bacon part. I need to make that change quick. Mine doesn't look as pretty as yours, but that's okay :)
