This easy to make and refreshing summer cantaloupe salad is great for mixing up your salad routine and trying something a little different!

Cantaloupe is a great addition to any kind of salad because it’s mildly sweet but not too overpowering in flavor. Adding some fruit to a salad is a great way to give it more texture, variety, and flavor.

We’re also making a homemade dressing for this easy salad so you can whip that up and keep some on hand for this and any other salad you might make throughout the week!

This cantaloupe salad uses fresh mint, brie wedges, cantaloupe and cucumbers and it comes together similarly to a cucumber salad or tomato salad. That said, it’s not like a traditional salad that is mostly lettuce.

I like making a variety of vegetable salads because sometimes you just don’t feel like dealing with all of that lettuce, right? This salad is a good one for those days when you need something different but something that is still healthy and suitable for Weight Watchers and other healthy eating plans.
