This Skinny Chocolate Fruit dip is delicious and thick- indulging your sweet tooth without padding your waist. While honey is still a sweetener and adds to the calorie count I like to sub it in for sugar whenever I can, especially for its other health benefits. Not only does it regulate blood sugar levels, but with its antioxidants, flavonoids, probiotics, anti fungal and antibacterial properties honey is a super food substitute for processed sweeteners. Greek yogurt offers a punch of twice as much protein as regular yogurt, and half the sodium.
We are heading into peak strawberry season and I can ‘t wait to whip up some of this Skinny Chocolate Fruit Dip and start enjoying the fruits of the season. This dip would be great with pineapple, apples, cherries and bananas. This would make a great party food or even a fun light dessert. Enjoy!

- 1 Tbsp. honey
