This simple Weight Watchers Mango Habanero Salsa is packed with fresh flavor and is a quick simple recipe to toss together for any event!

Ingredients

  • Mango 2 cups, peeled and diced (approx 2 large)
  • Red onion 1 cup, finely chopped 1 medium)
  • Red pepper 1 cup, finely chopped (2 medium)
  • Lime Juice 4 tbsp.
  • 1 small habanero pepper, deseeded and finely diced (
  • Parsley, chopped 3-4tbsp.
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

    Step 1: Place mango, onion, and pepper into a bowl.
    Step 2: Top with all other ingredients and sprinkle with salt.
    Step 3: Mix carefully.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, on top of tacos, inside burritos, etc.
You can use any onion you like, it doesn’t have to be a red onion.
You can use lemon juice in place of lime juice, if need be.
