Pumpkin Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe
Halloween party food is so fun! This Pumpkin Cheese Ball recipe will be a hit at your next party, fall fest, or Thanksgiving dinner.
The recipe is simple and easy to make. You can change up the chips or crackers and even serve with fresh vegetables. I like to take this pumpkin cheese ball to office parties, too.
Pumpkin Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients:cream cheese, softened (light cream cheese works, too)
shredded cheddar cheese
onion, minced
salsa
cumin
nacho flavored chips (like Doritos) finely crushed
1 bell pepper stem
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, salsa and cumin with an electric or hand mixer until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Scoop the mixture out on to the plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Refrigerate at least two hours.
When you are ready to serve the cheese ball remove the ball from plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball in crushed chips until evenly coated.
Place the green bell pepper stem on top of the cheese ball and serve with chips, crackers or a Turkey Veggie Tray.

Easy Pumpkin Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- Plastic wrap
- 2 8 oz packages light cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- 3 tbsp salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups nacho flavored chips, like Doritos or sunchips finely crushed
- 1 green bell pepper stem
Instructions
- In a bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, salsa and cumin with an electric or hand mixer until it is smooth and creamy.
- Scoop the mixture out on to the plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Refrigerate at least two hours.

- Place the green bell pepper stem in the top of the cheese ball and serve with chips, crackers or veggies!
