Sweet BBQ Grilled Corn on the Cob
Nothing says summer like fresh sweet corn! In PA we can readily purchase sweet corn from late May until October and we take full advantage of it. Whether it’s for a picnic, camping or just because you can usually find a stash of grilled corn on the cob in our home!
Sweet BBQ Grilled Corn on the Cob is sponsored by Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Sauce but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
Plus, I just found out you can freeze the corn whole in the husk in a brown paper bag. We bought a case of corn from the farmer’s market mid-June and have been using it straight from the freezer ever since. If you use it directly from the freezer you’ll have to increase the cooking times by a few minutes or you can thaw it in the refrigerator and cook as normal. This is a huge time saver!
One of our favorite ways to prepare corn on the cob is on the grill. Grilled corn on the cob is delicious and takes little to no prep. (My kind of cooking)
We made Sweet BBQ Grilled Corn on the Cob on our charcoal grill. You could easily make it on a gas grill or campfire, too.
You only need a few ingredients. Corn on the cob, Stubb’s® Bar-B-Q Sauce, French’s Mustard, and honey.
Did you know Stubb’s Legendary Bar-B-Q sauces are gluten-free, have no MSG, no HFCS, no trans fats, and no sulfites? That’s why it’s the number one choice for our grilling needs.
