Step 1: Preheat oven to 375. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl combine the mashed banana, applesauce, eggs, and oil. You could use a whisk or spatula for this.

Step 4: Fold in the blueberries. A silicone spatula will be helpful for this.
