Weight Watchers Wellness Wins Rewards are essentially prizes that you can earn through the Weight Watchers app. You can use the Wellness Wins program as a nice little incentive to keep you on track with healthy habits and lifestyle goals.
How do you earn Wellness Wins and rewards?
You can earn Wellness Rewards through the Wellness Wins program. You get “wins” for tracking your meals, tracking your exercise, meeting goals, losing weight, and logging weight during your weigh in each week. By tracking your meals and activity with the app you can rack up wins and these wins will translate into rewards! The Wellness Rewards are a nice little incentive to keep using the app.
Some of us getting the habit of doing things a certain way. We know that we can have certain foods for certain points and we just go with it. Sure, you’ll see results or you’ll maintain just fine, but using the app to track your habits is a great way to stay focused, involved, and part of the community.
To get people back on track with tracking foods and activities, Weight Watchers introduced Wellness Wins Rewards as a way to encourage those healthy habits.
Do I have to pay extra for the Wellness Wins programs or rewards?
The Wellness Wins program and the rewards are at no additional cost to your membership. You don’t have to pay for this program and you don’t have to pay for any rewards that you win!
Where can I find my Wellness Wins?
You can find your Wellness Wins under the Journey section in your Weight Watchers app. It’ll show you your progress, tracking, goals, and now…your wins!
How do I start earning Wellness Rewards?
Weight Watchers Wellness Wins rewards are easy to being earning. The Wellness Wins program is already incorporated into the newest release of the WW app. You can simply track a meal, activity, or your weight and go to the Journey section of your app to see your Wellness Wins points!

You can check out all of the currently available rewards right here. There are so many great WW wellness wins rewards to win, everything from workout gear, household items, and gift cards, to exercise class passes and custom made clothing!
How to redeem WW Wellness Wins:
If you have points that you would like to redeem for WW wellness wins you can just follow along on the app. They’ll walk you through the process and you just click available rewards to choose them. Once you confirm, your rewards will be mailed to you! How great is that?! A nice surprise in the mail!
How do I get my rewards if I do not have a cell phone?
I’ve never had to do it that way! My best advice would be to go to the website and chat with someone, they have a free chat feature that’s always available or give them a call! They’re great with customer service and I’d bet they’d work with you to help you figure out a solution! I’m not entirely sure how the tracking and rewards work without the app since that’s where it’s based!
How do I redeem my reward points—I have cancelled my membership and I received the message that I have 4700 points that I can redeem 14 days after my last date of 06/27/20. I can’t figure out how to do this. Can you help me? Thanks !!!!!

When I go to journey on my app I don’t see the wellness wins?
I have 3600 point rewards. I was wondering can I order 2 different rewards that total 3600?
Or if I only order 1500 points do I still have the other 1500 points for later.

I am trying to get another set of wine tumblers, mine were damagaed and I was given my points back, but it will not let me order new wine tumblers. can you help me???
I can’t help you but you can use the chat function online through the Weight Watchers website to be connected to someone who can help you redeem your points (or fix it if there’s a glitch that’s not letting you redeem your points)! That’s what I would do if I was having trouble and needed to speak to someone at Weight Watchers about it 🙂
