While my kids were growing up casseroles were a staple on our meal plan. Casseroles are so versatile and you can usually throw something together with the ingredients in your pantry and freezer to end up with a decent meal.

Even though the kids are gone, casseroles are still on the menu. I can cook a whole Weight Watchers Weight Watchers Chicken Teriyaki Casserole and turn it into several meals. A casserole will make two main meals for the hubby and I. As well as leftovers for lunch the next day.  Casseroles are definitely a great way to save time and money.
