Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing my personal experience of what is covered in the book and diet plan while sharing the results with all of you.

I bet many of us have heard that you should never eat after normal dinner hours and especially not late at night. Right away, the title of this book had me intrigued. Can this method actually work?
With a quick skim of the book and its chapters, immediately Chapter 4, “THE POWER OF LATE NIGHT SNACKS”, jumped right out at me. This caught my eye too; “Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late-night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day.”
Can you eat after 7 pm If you want to lose weight?
Can you really eat after 7 PM and lose weight and have success? I cannot wait to dig into this book and try the methods that have worked so well for many others.
