This time I want to elaborate more on why I use the word diet and/or weight loss on this blog. I know some people find those words taboo, but they are motivators for me.

Then the phrase, “weight loss”. I am perfectly comfortable with my body and would never shame another woman about their own body shape or size. For me, “weight loss” means getting to a healthy weight for me.

 What inspired you to write the book?
