No Bake Chocolate Oats Cookies

These Chocolate oats cookies no bake are a favorite in our house!!  I love that I don’t have to heat up the house with the oven in the summer to make these!!! If you want them to set faster we put ours in the fridge to chill faster!

Ingredients for this recipe

Milk: For moisture.
Salted butter: Melted.
Hershey cocoa powder: For the chocolate flavor.
Sugar: For sweetness.
Quaker Instant Oats: To make these into oat cookies. 
Peanut butter: To bind ingredients together.

How to make Chocolate Oats Cookies (No Bake)

Step 1: In a pot off heat, add sugar and cocoa. Mix together. 

Wet ingredients added.

Step 3: Turn on heat to medium and let mixture come to a low boil. Let boil for 1-2 minutes. Step 4: Add peanut butter and stir until melted. 

All wet ingredients added to dry ingredients.

Step 2: Add milk and melted butter to sugar mixture and mix to combine. 

Cookie dough scooped onto a cookie sheet.

Step 5: Remove mixture from heat and add oats 1 cup at a time, mixing after each cup to fully combine. Step 6: Using a 1 Tbsp cookie scoop, quickly spoon mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and allow to cool. Approximately 20 minutes.

    I made these they ate very good I just wondering if anyone has figured out how many carbs in one cookie I loved eating them but tried finding a carb count and I did not see one they were easy to make and I loved the idea of no bake so I could leave the oven off just put on wax paper let cool and harden

    My mom use to make those for us and now I make them for my kids. We all love them. I would use the instant oats instead of the large oats. I crave these especially around my lady comes for monthly visit. Lol
