How to make my parmesan broccoli healthy dip recipe:
Before we being let me say that a food processor will come in handy during this recipe. You can make quick work of the chopped broccoli by putting it all into the food processor and letting it do the work for you!
Another option is to put everything into the food processor and let it do the mixing while it’s chopping the broccoli as well. With a dip recipe like this there’s no wrong way to get it done. As long as your ingredients are combined well before they go into the baking dish you can save yourself the dishes!
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare your baking dish by coating it with the cooking spray.
- Combine all of the ingredients except for 2 tablespoons of the mozzarella in a bowl until well combined. Then transfer it into your prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until slightly browned on top with melty cheese.
