How to make my parmesan broccoli healthy dip recipe:

Before we being let me say that a food processor will come in handy during this recipe. You can make quick work of the chopped broccoli by putting it all into the food processor and letting it do the work for you!

Another option is to put everything into the food processor and let it do the mixing while it’s chopping the broccoli as well. With a dip recipe like this there’s no wrong way to get it done. As long as your ingredients are combined well before they go into the baking dish you can save yourself the dishes!

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare your baking dish by coating it with the cooking spray.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except for 2 tablespoons of the mozzarella in a bowl until well combined. Then transfer it into your prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes or until slightly browned on top with melty cheese.

How much of this dip should I have for 1 serving?

Honestly, I hate telling people how much of anything to eat. For the points in this recipe you’ll be looking at a serving size of 1/4 cup of dip. Serve with fresh cut vegetables for a zero point addition to this recipe. You can also serve with baked chips or tortilla strips.

Of course you can also use common sense and eat as much of this dip as you see fit. If you do make changes to the recipe you’ll need to recalculate the points for Weight Watchers. I’m breaking them down by color coded plans below for you for the recipe as written.

How many Weight Watchers Freestyle Points are in this healthy dip recipe?

Many of you probably know that WW recently changed their platform again and we now have three different plans. The traditional Freestyle plan is now blue and then there is one level up and one level down for a green plan and purple plan. The points for each plan are listed below so you can track this healthy parmesan broccoli dip as needed for whichever plan you are participating in!

  • Green Plan: 2 Points Per Serving
  • Blue Plan: 2 Points Per Serving
  • Purple Plan: 2 Points Per Serving

Remember that this is for the recipe at written above which serves 12 people at 1/4 cup per serving. If you eat more than that or if you change the recipe in any way you’ll need to calculate your points accordingly!
