Weight Watchers Points Info For Homemade Pizzas:

Which WW Program are these points for?

WW has definitely changed from 2020 to now. They went from three to one plan to multiple plans and back to one plan again. So in 2023, we have just plain old “POINTS.”

  • Be sure to calculate the points value of the foods and recipes you eat in the app.
  • Always add ingredients and serving sizes and don’t rely on the nutrition facts in the recipe.
  • Accuracy will come from the information you input on the app.

The points provided are for the recipe as written. You can make changes and use whatever toppings your family likes, just be sure to calculate them for yourself or add them to your point total!!

If you want to use a homemade sauce you can try this Weight Watchers spaghetti sauce that is zero points on all three plans!

How to make my WW pizza recipe with toppings:

First we need to prep our baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper and heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next we’ll make the dough. Combine the yogurt and the flour in a large bowl and stir until it is combined. Now use your hands to keep kneading and mixing the dough until it is smooth. This should take you just a few minutes. If the dough seems sticky add flour 1 Tbsp at a time until it’s no longer sticky.

Take another piece of parchment paper to cover your work surface and sprinkle it with a small amount of flour. Use a knife to cut the dough into 4 equal pieces if you are making individual pies.

Now use a rolling pin to roll each piece out until it’s about 6-7 inches and oval shaped.

Move them to the prepped baking sheet and bake until dough turns golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.

After the crust is finished baking remove them from the oven and prepare the pizzas with 1/4 cup of sauce (try this homemade version sometime), 3 Tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, 5 pieces of pepperoni and then bake them for a few minutes until they’re warm through.

Top each pizza with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, 1/2 tablespoon of basil, and a pinch of red pepper flakes, now your pizzas are ready to eat!
