2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese with 1 tablespoon salsa for dipping

¼ cup hummus (most brands)
¼ cup bean dip (homemade and some brands)
Pretzels (20-50 pieces depending on size/brand)

    Love this list of stuff! Especially the Babybels – can’t get enough of those! My go-to healthy snack is a small cup of low-fat yogurt or a sugar-free fudge pop (it’s not the healthiest option, but it beats eating a candy bar!).
