This delicious Fruit Cookie Pizza is perfect for hot summer days, picnics, and more! Easy to make, use your favorite fruits!

Pizza is probably something that everyone enjoys in some form or another. Over the years the pizza has morphed and changed to suit every style and appetite.

We have veggie pizzas, pizza with cheese in the crust, pizza’s that are made from all kinds of wacky ingredients, and now we even have dessert pizzas!

This Fruit Cookie Pizza is probably one of the more sweet and delicious pizza’s I’ve ever had! It’s easy to make, perfect for parties, and it is customizable so you can always use fresh fruit, fruit that is in season, or you can only use the fruits that you love!

Another great way to make this recipe your own is by using your favorite homemade sugar cookie recipe. I like the idea of using the store bought cookie dough because it saves so much time and energy.

If you are already planning on spending the day baking or cooking you might want to just use your tried and true sugar cookie recipe for the base!

Now that we are headed into those warm summer months I have to admit something like this Fruit Cookie Pizza is perfect for desserts and picnics! I hate really heavy or messy desserts when it gets really hot outside!

This Fruit Cookie Pizza is great because the fresh fruit and berry cream cheese give it just the right amount of flavors and sweetness to hit the spot without being overly decedent!
