Can I use fresh raspberries for this recipe?

If you have fresh raspberries on hand you can easily just pop them into the freezer and use them frozen to make your raspberry dessert.

If you only have fresh raspberries and you want to make this dessert now, you’ll have to put the finished product into the freezer to get the right consistency! Either way it should come out roughly the same.

I can’t find swerve, what else can I use to sweeten this recipe?

You can use whatever no calorie sweetener you like just make sure you check the points and check the amount you’ll need. For example, granulated stevia will probably require less than 2 Tablespoons to get to the right sweetness. Add them a little at a time until you get to the desired level of sweet!

How do I count this recipe for Weight Watchers?

I count this as zero points on my plan. Yes, it does contain blended fruit BUT you have to understand that it’s 1/2 cup of frozen blended fruit per serving.

We chatted with WW about this same issue for a banana recipe and they told us that 1 serving of frozen blended fruit per day still counts as 0 points. If you are eating multiple servings of this recipe in one day you’ll have to decide how to count that for yourself.

We estimate that this recipe is 0-1 points per serving for most people on the WW system right now!

Don’t you need to put this in a blender, not food processor, In order to get it whipped?

    1. It all depends on your food processor settings. A blender should work just fine, too. Thanks!
