Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe Roundup
When you are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, avoiding sweets may be a struggle. Enjoying a sweet treat should be done in moderation, but denying yourself certain foods can lead to overindulging. This Weight Watchers Dessert collection has a few recipes that can help you satisfy your sweet tooth without doing a lot of damage to your waistline!
These recipes were collected during late 2013. You won’t find any Weight Watchers SmartPoints recipes included. There arePointsPlus and FlexPoints recipes and probably a few really old school Weight Watchers recipes. . Many of them can be adapted to the SmartPoints program or just eaten as is to satisfy a craving for chocolate or peanut butter.
You can even make several of these Weight Watchers Dessert Recipes ahead of time package them by single servings and freeze for later. That way when a late night craving hits you can grab a treat that won’t derail your healthy living efforts.
Sweets are definitely my downfall. I need to work hard to make sure I practice moderation and self-control in the dessert department.
