This recipe is really easy. We’re going to show you step by step how to make the filling and set your pie. It’s a quick and simple no bake dessert recipe for fall that everyone will be hooked on after one taste!
Make sure you give yourself time for this one to set. It is very quick to make but it does need time to firm up a bit in the fridge before you can slice and serve it!
In a large mixing bowl, add the pudding and milk. Using an electric hand or stand mixer, mix on medium until thickened, (about 2-3 minutes)
Mix in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
Gently mix or fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
Add the mixture to the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.

- 1 chocolate pie crust
- 1-3.4-ounce box of chocolate pudding
- ¾ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- ½ tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 ½ cups light whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the pudding and milk. Using an electric hand or stand mixer, mix on medium until thickened, (about 2-3 minutes)
