How to make lasagna soup
We will be using the Instant Pot to make this awesome soup recipe. You can make this recipe in a 6 quart electric pressure cooker. If you need to use a larger or smaller version you may have to adjust the liquid but the cooking time should be pretty much the same!
To start, put the Instant Pot on saute mode. When it’s heated up you can spray the bottom with the cooking spray and add the onions and garlic. They need to cook for about 3 minutes until softened and translucent.
Next, add the sausage and cook while stirring for about 2 minutes. We will add in the chicken stock at this point as well as the marinara, water, salt, pepper, and noodles.
After all the ingredients are added and stirred up you can put on the lid and lock it into place. Make sure the pressure value is closed and set the IP to cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
When the timer goes off you can press cancel which will shut off the Instant Pot. Next, release the steam by putting the value to venting, and once the pressure is released you can remove the lid and serve the Weight Watchers lasagna soup in bowls with cheese and a sprinkling of black pepper.

Can I use the crockpot after I sauté the sausage and onions on the stovetop or is it better after doing that to cook in a Dutch oven on the stovetop. Thanks
I am never sure how well the noodles will cook in slow cooker. But I make a slow cooker lasagna where I put the noodles in uncooked and it’s ready in 3.5 hours on low, so it will probably work. They will definitely get done in the dutch oven. Thanks!
